These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dolphin Cleaner mobile application ("App"), a photo and video cleaner app provided by Shenzhen Xingchuang Media Technology Co.. Ltd("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. License to Use the App

3. User Content
By using the App, you are solely responsible for the content stored, uploaded, or deleted from your device, including photos, videos, and any other media files ("User Content"). You acknowledge that the App does not store, access, or share any of your User Content unless explicitly stated in the App’s privacy policy.
You retain full ownership of your User Content, but by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access your media files for the purpose of providing the services described by the App.
